Returns & Exchanges

At Après Studio, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
